Personality: Winter is a calm Pokemon. She is always ready to settle things, but not usually by fighting, unless forced to. She is hostile in battle, using her mighty fins as weapons. She is very patient, knowing what her allies need. She is not angered easily, but when she is she is very to-the-point and impulsive. She has a Jamacian accent, though nobody knows quite why.
History: Winter was born to a wild Swampert father and a wild Meditite mother in the region of Hoenn. Her father always taught her how to fight, as her mother taught her how to control herself. When Winter evolved for the first time, she decided she was old enough to travel. She left her parents, never to see them again. She continued to train on a daily basis, soon evolving again into a Swampert. she was a natural-born leader, so when she heard about the drought, she knew it was the fire-types' doing and quickly became leader of the Waters.
IC: Winter leaped from rock to rock. She was in the middle of Hoenn, traveling to the shore. My legion of Waters will be soon ready. She thought calmly. The Fires will soon learn our wrath, we were neva' a matta' to be taken ligh-tly. She skimmed across a deep pool of water with ease, quickly and gracefully running over the top of the water. We got da powa', with da Grasses we'll win. Winter leaped across an open chasm, landing gracefully and running full speed for the shore. We got da powa', we got da powa', she continued saying in her head, louder and louder, until it formed into a whisper. Jumping on a high rock at the shore, she roared, "We got da powa'!"
