Personality: Togepi is a shy pokemon, but will happy do anything as long as it makes itself safe. inless, of course, it doesnt know what its doing. when it gets made it can get very outraged and goes to bloodrage. other than that, it does cry alot and is very cute. He does love to see a fight, but as long as its a nice looking fight.
History: Togepi doesnt really know where he came from. he remembers falling then rolling a great distance inside his shell. togepi then wandered around looking for something, but he didnt know how everything worked. he learned how to talk form so other pokemon, but hes not all to good at it. so he wanders around looking for food. the only thing he has is a almost perfect round egg peice around a small chain he got.
