Personality:Funny.Always joking around.It Runs away alot...So it stayed only a few places like 2days and disappeared.He needs to be trained for he is very wild.....If he ever finds a good home he would probably stay there for a month maybe....You can never keep up with it..Also very gull able...He loves to explore the region and towns kinda like a scientist..
History: Was born in the Sinnoh ans explored away from its nest near humans.A person toke it in.It learned Thunder,But before it could get strong it ran away.....Then The Shinx found it's name by exploring the world getting smart it had decided to call it self Startail.For there was a star on it's tail...
IC: Startail was walking about sniffing the place.He was looking through the trash when he stumbled upon some tracks leading to the forest near by in Sinnoh.Sniffing the ground he came across a new smell it was odd... Like a creature of legend or something...Walking through the forest it saw a Blue light near by...Getting closer it was a shape of a dog... Then Startail got closer to see it was nothing but a baby Arcanine....
