History:Silvers parents were two lugia. There names were Gold and Silver. Silver was named after his father who was a great lugia. He stood up for justice and helped people. Then Sold his mother was captured by humans and used her for testing. She died in a exlposion that Silver's father created by useing a hyper beam. Silver now lives alone and tried to help others.
