Personality: Sea is a very sweet and sensitive pokemon. He is never a snot towards people. He comes across very cute and silly. He is always trying to make people laugh. He has a true heart of gold and that makes him so loveable. He likes to be alone at times though to. He likes to have time to think and be just about him. But those don't last long and he is out and in the world yet again.
Tammy is ruthless and murderous. She is hadred and ungrateful. Overall a snot. She is rude and strong and brave to all. She isn't very eh... loveable? She does have a heart inside somewere. She does hate her brother though. more than anything else. She plans to murder him some day (ooooh!!!!))
History:Buizel was born by his true habitat. The sea. His mother and father unknown for when he was born with his twin sister. When they hatched Sea ran straight for the water. He new it was his destined home. His sister on the other hand is a mystery.
Tammy ran off right away. She didn't like her life at start. She wanted a sister got and brother. Wanted parents got none. So she ran away and turned dark. And evil.
